With his big personality, energy, and love for people — Robert is everyone’s best friend and favorite accountant.

A self-proclaimed unicorn by nature, Robert says, “I can’t be placed in a box. I am a black dude, from the hood, that listens to country music, writes poetry, and is an accountant. I have so many layers and I don’t shy away from it, I embrace it. It’s because of that I can speak with anyone in a language they will understand.”

Business Professional

With over 15 years of experience in his field, Robert is an expert at every level. His career began in the SMB sector as he pursued his CPA license. He honed his skills in public accounting, navigating the realms of tax, audit, and fractional services, and climbed the corporate finance ladder to senior roles, including controller. With five years in ERP/tech sales and consulting, Robert rounded out his professional experience.

Then after a long day at work, he put his phone in the microwave while warming up his dinner and realized, this wasn’t the life he wanted. He started up his passion project, Healthy Coin, and created a company that puts family life balance and a love for people at the core.

Robert and his team are dedicated to empowering therapists to thrive and grow. Known for his thoughtful leadership and care for others, Robert excels at strategically scaling organizations, delivering value, simplifying complexities, and bringing smiles to many.

Husband & Girl Dad

Robert is a husband and dad to three girls under four. In his free time, you can find him shooting hoops and playing pickleball. He lives in Charlotte, NC with his family. His social media followers know him as @girldadcpa and he shares dad hacks, family moments, financial tips, and a lot of laughs.
